This is all textures and shader work, no models. The Unreal scene runs at 60-100fps (depending on how hard I crank the tessellation factor and distance in my shader).
And of course: All materials are made 100% in Substance Designer.
I had a lot of ups and downs during this project. I started it sometime in November 2018, as an exam project for school. It got a second wind in January 2019 when I signed up for Josh Lynch's 'PBR Material Mentorship'. And after that, it got demoted to a side-project, eating most of the little spare time I had.
